Aquatic ruin fractan is not rotating between paths

So the aquatic ruin fracal has to paths avaliable: Dolphin and deep, and those paths rotate daily. I've been traying to get to the deep path, and the only one avaliable is the dolphin one. Is been 4 days now, and it hasn't rotate. I need this for my twilight collection, and without this I'm stuck. As a result I won't be playing until this is solved.
