Game-breaking bug within Personal Story Cutscene (Dredging up the Past.)

Hi, I'm fairly new to Guild Wars 2 and I am currently enjoying the game greatly, I am definitely very pleased with my current experience. I have unfortunately encountered a bug where when you enter the first mission for the Durmand Priory, (Dredging up the Past), I enter the first order cutscene (the unskippable story one.) and around halfway through, my whole computer freezes up and the game slowly reduces until my whole system crashes.

I am currently running on a fairly modern system and have never encountered such bug in this game before, I have looked around online if people have experienced the same bug as me but I have found no forum posts or videos on such matter, so I've taken the initiative to post here.

If anyone can help me, or maybe give me advice, it would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

You can try a -repair of the client. Instructions found in the Knowledge Base accessed via the 'Support' link above/below and 'Search - Repair'.If you continue to have issue, you can contact the Tech CS Team via the same link.
