Yeah, axe could be the wvw weapon we have needed for 10 years... It looks like an aoe long range damage weapon. An aoe long range pull of some kind would be nice. Imagine if we could use a weapon that actually did aoe damage/supression that's not a majorly nerfed shortbow. However, knowing Anet, it's going to be another 1 target weapon that's completely useless.

I've been noticing that if I look around I rarely see any thieves at all. I might see one other in a 50 man ow squad. If you look around crowded hubs like wizards tower or arboratone, you don't see any. I have played thief enough to have full legendary gear and a high wvw and pvp rank and its just got painful to play over time. Everything is just clunky and badly thought out.

Axe skill 3 without off-hand will be the classic joke skill that they don't want you to use, so that doesn't count.
I'd like main-hand + off-hand axe too, but if this wasn't possible, at least I'd prefer off-hand axe which would give us 6 skills:
- Skill 4
- Skill 5
- dual wield dagger + axe
- dual wield pistol + axe
- dual wield sword + axe
- dual wield scepter + axe
They really are doing the worst thing they could ever do for us. Weapon- master training is already a disaster for Thief, and on top of that, they're giving us only 4 new skills (if you consider auto attacks a skill lol)
What about the stealth skill?

You'd think since they don't have to design new utility skills, elite skills and traits, they'd have time to design a few extra weapons skills. Since we're not getting mainland axe, we're getting like 6 new weapon skills. That's just lazy.

Just thought I'd share this in case it happens to anyone else.
So I was doing the open skies achievement quests a map at a time and in order. I completed up to the domain of Vabbi achievements, but when I thought I had finished I noticed that the "Open Skies: Elon Riverlands" had reverted back to incomplete and only two items obtained, those being the two from the heart quests. I did not receive my 50g back. The main problem is that I don't have the Sadi equipment finding quest achievement, but it's complete and I have the mini reward from it still. So I can't actually complete it again to get the achievement back. I submitted a ticket, hopefully they fix it.
Anyone have any strange 'ground targeting' issues lately?

Yeah, had this happen. After playing a while the target only appears at max range. Very annoying.
