[Poor performance on modern hardware (unplayable framerates)]

1060 MaxQ and i get 70-100 FPS

The current Nvidia driver is causing higher CPU usage in a lot of systems. So I thought that might be the problem. I rolled back to the last version, but nope, my game keeps crashing.
