    Edit: Was this 'rollback' an Account Restoration by the CS Team? If so, you need to update your ticket, and discuss the matter with them.If not, then you still need to discuss what's happening with the CS Team, and get better control of your account, since you said someone else accessed it earlier, and changed your password.

  2. I received an email about password resetting though I didn't request it and now my password has been changed and I can no longer log in to my account. I have submitted the ticket but whos knows how long it takes to get a response, and since we don't have online chat function which is very common nowadays I believe this forum is probably the best place to ask for help
