[Does No Quarter have voice acting in it yet?]

I don't really want to start the episode until it has voice acting so I was wondering if they've added it to the game yet?

I've been waiting for ages, its the last thing I need for the roller beetle and it just isn't appearing. Do I have to do the beetle herding event beforehand? That event is almost impossible to do as all the hylek start trying to kill me...
