[Server down?]

yeah i just came from work and tried to play but i cannot login

[server crashes ruining meta events]

just today, twice everyone on map during tarrir meta got removed from game, and meta ended, so when we logged back in, it was over, so tarrir x2 + teq. Crash causes client crash and server stop dynamic events. What the hell is this?

[dx11 and Seraph Wings]

I enabled dx11, and first thing i noticed is that Seraph Wings Backpack and Glider Combo is broken badly.

I bought it with 60 statues few days ago so i still have to enjoy it, dx11 beta doesnt allow it.

Also worth to mention that with my PC i5 8500, 16GB 3200 Ram and gtx 1060, performance is actually worse then with dx9

[Server Maintenance Reward is super unfair]

I was affected by rollback, lost gold, items, progress. Then after servers went up from crash that caused rollback around 9:50 utc i logged in and was playing. I didnt get anything, mount license or the boonfire garbage. nice

AWS or custom solution, every game has a database, and all your stuff is stored in it.

I think that the fact that you can continue to play the game, after they informed us that they know now about the problem is very apparent that there will be no fixing this.Normally servers should be brought down while db is being reinstated. Because it seems that if the fix everyone hopes for is to be back to the state from before the servers crash. That would mean that every interaction with game after the crash will be lost. So because it hasnt been said and you can normally login and play, it most likely mean that progress will not get restored. I think that by this part "and they are working on a resolution" what they mean is damage control solution, like tp problems and so it doesnt happen again.

Yeah so i lost items and gold i made since i logged in around 8 in the morning... i want my items back or time value in euro back

yeah me and my wife were both kicked from game with message like "game couldnt connect to logs server" we were booted out and cannot login due to some issue... nice perfect for sunday evening
