[Crashing upon either loading in or selecting different character in character select]

Patch for 23 May uploads/installs. I access a character as normal. Move about 2 raptor jumps in game and it crashes. Shut down via task manager. Can no longer load into the game with any character. All I get now is windows telling me the game is not responding whenever I load in.

Having played for a few years now, my vcxz keys are mount shortcuts. Changing that would push me over the edge 🙂

I just wish they'd used the same Fkey for the same skill and not jumped from F2 to F1.

 

A better option would be to allow you to  adjust which Fkey did what, but that would have to be character specific and I can't see them doing that.

[Changes to Berserker]

This from the update notes...

 

"Berserk: This skill has been moved to slot 2 of the profession mechanic bar. Core burst skills are now accessible in slot 1 of the profession mechanic bar for the berserker specialization. "

 

Argh... This is driving me nuts. I have Q/E in use instead of F1/F2 as they are easier to reach in game. But making it so different slots/buttons activate the Berserker skill is having to replace the 'muscle memory'. Am I the only one annoyed by this?

Is it possible to remap/change the F1/F2 skills around so Berserker doesn't move from slot 2 to slot 1 in a menu somewhere?

It just feels like the trade set up has this back to front. Hope they do something about it soon. I'm not spending 1-2 hours fishing (on RNG) to make a single food item. That is ridiculous.

One thing to look at that is important... Gems. I'm sure my gems doesn't total what it should. Some of the things I'd bought with Gems have been rolled back, but I don't think all the Gems have - not sure how I can even check.I really don't feel like playing till it's fixed. I spent a long time this weekend getting my cooking to 499. So close to 500. But it took a lot of work and ascended crafting to get there.

Is it all of EU accounts or just some? Do we know?

As a new(ish) player farming these maps for currency for my alts, I've enjoyed having the dailies on each map. It made the usual MMO monotony of farming more fun as it gave me something to do while on the map. I really hate this change and it will probably cut my play time down as I'm much less interested in bothering with the daily-less maps now. It means my progress will slow and I'll get further behind ever seeing LW5.Was the reward for doing the dailies too much? If so, they've given us triple the rewards for one map anyway?It makes no sense to me and has certainly lessened my interest in playing.

Every time I went to Ember Bay last night, I would be disconnected after about 30 seconds. I could log in immediately but I was back in Divinity Reach. This happened about 8 times before I gave up and went to Bloodstone fen where the problem didn't happen.
