Not sure i understand, I had bought the PoF DLC about 2 days before the announcement was made, I had added PoF then. What do you mean "when you add it to your game"? Add what?

Can anyone help me out here. I still don't see any HoT expansion on my account, anyone having this issue still? I had bought PoF a few days before the announcement was made. So I should get the HoT dlc right?
