  1. yeah thats only in "action camera mode".i guess i'll have to switch to it.cause i cant have my target cleared every time i click on the ground.why did they have to remove this option?i just wanted to play a little bit of the game i knew and loved.

  2. I remember when i was playing the game a few years ago there was an option to "lock target" so that it did not clear it when you clicked on the ground to change direction.

I cannot find this option.Has it been removed? Or am i just missing it every time i go through the options?

It's really frustrating losing my target every time i click on the ground to change direction.

As for the gem store, do you mean that's all you can see of the items you remember before? Or that's literally all you can find in the store? Because the items on offer do change over time - stuff that's been up for a while is removed and stuff that hasn't been available comes back, and some things are only sold for short times (like the 2k gem mounts) so if you're looking for the specific items you remember from before it's entirely possible they're not available right now. But if that's the case they will come back at some point.

If you mean you can literally see only a few items of any kind all I can suggest is make sure you give it time to load before you start clicking on things (I wait until all the squares on the home page have pictures in), you don't have anything in th e search bar and you're looking at more than just the front page. I can currently see 28 outfits, 10 different gathering tools (plus a bundle of 3), 8 backpacks and 14 hats, among many other things.

thanks for the info.unfortunatelly i cant find any footsteps on the gw2 wiki, other than the legendary weapon ones.

i meant the first thing. so they remove them and then "rotate" them?damn that's annoying ....and sleazy :Preminds me of when a "certain other company" was creating artificial shortage on their digital items.what's next? daily login bonuses?...oh wait xD

  4. hello everyone!

if i craft Pharus the legendary longbow and transmute it into another weapon skin, do i retain the "footsteps effect"?and if not, are there any footsteps not tied to a weapon? maybe an armor, or even better the shop?

another thing i wanted to ask is...back when i first started playing i remember the shop was full of various skins.like outfits, fancy unbreakable tools, etc...but all i can find now is a couple outfits and wings, and one skin of tools.what happened to all the other? i remember they were amazing. did they take them out of the shop?

    thanks for your time.

This is a feature to force the CPU to run at .8 Ghz on boot. You will probably need to clear the CMOS and turn slow mode off. Boot into the bios and check the CPU speed again, making sure it's not locked to .8 Ghz and save the settings.

If it keeps turning slow mode on, then the CPU cooler is probably not working well, and you will need to re-seat the cooler with new thermal paste.

ok, so i didnt have to do any of these.but i did find out a common problem with MSI mobos.apparently i had to disable the "Adaptive Thermal Monitor" setting.and now my CPU is not capped at 0.8ghz but 3.4 !!either way, i really want to thank you!! you did point me towards the right direction in a way. thanks a lot!

i "played" the game for just like 5 minutes. so i dunno if that makes a difference.i took a screenshot as soon as i Alt-Tab'ed, cause i dont have a second monitor.https://imgur.com/a/I4ugeBwthere is no difference on the Ghz at all.or at anything other than usage (from 1% to 14%)

i checked and it is on "high performance", and everything on the advanced power settings is also set on the performance equivalent.

i also checked my ssd and it is in perfect health.

i also did that smconfig thing where i selected my PC to boot with 8 cores, while it was on 1. it changed nothing.

i was wondering, could it be because my motherboard BIOS is not up to date?https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/H170-GAMING-M3.html#down-biosi checked here, and i am on the "C6" version which is from 2016.should i update it? could this be it?

    thanks for your time.

  8. Hello everyone.Today i installed GW2 after a long time.But it is unplayable.

No matter if i am at the city surrounded by players, or all alone,no matter if i set all graphic options on lowest/off or max,my FPS is between 5 and 22, and if i turn the camera quickly it even freezes for a bit.Max temperatures are 36c for CPU and 49c for GPU.

Installed fresh windows, all up to date, installed drivers/etc. Still the same.

    This is my setup:Windows 10 64bit, on some SSDi7 670016GB DDR4 2133R9 390, monitor is a Dell U2311H

I am no expert, so if anyone could help me, i'd appreciate it.

  9. Hello!

I've been having problems with my mouse cursor. (Razer Hex)Other specs are: i7 6700, AMD R9 390(updated), Windows 7 64bit Home Premium (updated),i also use the Razer and Logitech software (G510s), and Killer Network Manager (msi) on default, and also Discord.

Ocasionally when i try to right-click to look or move, it will not grip, or it will break grip.Resulting in dangerous situations, usually death if during a fight.

Now, today i was fighting Balthazar (To Kill a God)And midway through the fight, this problem became even weirder. The cursor did not dissapear when l right-clicked. I could see it sliding across the screen, instead of me turning properly. It was technically possible to turn this way, but only a tiny bit and very slowly, and the "grip" was "weak".

Logging out did not fix the issue, but restarting the game did.
