Thank you both for taking the time to post a response.
After logging into the game, I realized what happened. I accidentally disabled the auto-attack function on those skills. Turns out it was just a minor mistake on my part. Thanks once again for bringing that to my attention, I appreciate it very much.

While playing as a Necromancer (primarily Reaper and Harbinger), I have noticed that the number one skill in the first weapon set does not work properly. Since I use a combination of weapons, the problem is always with the first weapon skill. However, this never happens once I weapon swap and use the second set. Everything works perfectly fine. Posted below are a few examples to help clarify the matter.
When using Scepter, the three-skill chain fails to connect. Blood Curse (skill 1) and Rending Curse (skill 2) work properly. But the third skill Putrid Curse stalls and nothing happens. I rapidly click the skill icon to complete the sequence.
Now the Staff has its share of problems. Necrotic Grasp (skill 1) is an auto-attack ability. After pressing the skill button, a projectile will emerge from the weapon once and then stop. If I want to send several projectiles, then I must repeatedly tap the button.
Next is the Pistol. Vicious Shot (skill 1) is an auto-attack ability which fires a single bullet and then completely stops. To shoot multiple bullets, I must repeat the same steps as listed above.
Here is the part where all of this seems strange. I also play other professions (Ranger and Guardian to be exact) and have never experienced this type of problem. For some reason or another, this issue only applies to the Necromancer.
I have no idea why this is happening or how the problem even started. Hopefully, there is a solution because it is very frustrating trying to play the game right now.

There is a renown heart in Iron Marches, which really made me uncomfortable. The player takes on the role of a prison warden in a quarry. It is their duty to motivate the prisoners to work harder, or start working for that matter. When some of the prisoners become a bit unruly, the warden must curtail their actions by beating them with a whip.
I absolutely hated that heart for this very reason. It felt so wrong beating someone into submission with a whip, as if I were some kind of cruel master. Those were truly bad vibes I received while trying to complete that task.

The same goes for me as well. During yesterday's Tequatl event, the AoE skill I tried using seemed to fall short of reaching its target. It appeared as if there were some kind of barrier, which pushed the skill back. To be honest, I don't recall this ever happening before.

The item I have been waiting for is the Shrine Guardian Jackal Skin. When it was available, I unfortunately missed the chance of getting one. If possible, please release the skin again, I would really love to purchase it.

Can someone with experience using the Permanent Hair Stylist Contract answer a question for me please? In addition to being able to change the hair styles and colors, does this include changing the accessory colors as well?
I just wanted to make sure of everything the contract covered before purchasing one.

Here is an item I would like to see featured again in the Gem Store, Menzies's Agony. I remember the skin being available (some time ago), only for those players with access to the Heart of Thorns expansion. The skin was then re-released for those without Heart of Thorns. Hopefully, Menzies's Agony will appear in the Gem Store at some point (for both sets of players), because I would love to purchase the skin.
My Guardian would appreciate it.

Please bring back the Black Feather Wings Backpack and White Feather Wings Backpack. I missed the opportunity to get those and I would love to have them.

Honestly speaking, the changes for Ranger’s pets are decent. However, there is one change that I find very disappointing. It concerns the Smokescale’s Takedown skill, in which knockdown was removed from both the pet and Soulbeast’s rotation.
