Que button (ranked and unranked) is unresponsive for me as well. Been over an hour now.

[Recent PvP Queuing Instability]

Been unable to que up for an hour now. I know that isn't nearly as long as some of you, but I understand your frustrations now. Nothing I try changes the fact that when I try to click to que, nothing happens.

Not this year. You only get 1 set this year, but based on previous gifts we'll get to pick another one next year and the 3rd one the year after that.

Birthday gifts are split into two parts - one every character gets and the other comes from an achievement for reaching that birthday, which can only be done once:
