I have had this issue twice now and I get an error message "the game client lost its connection to the server. please wait a few minutes before restarting the client and trying again (Code-7:11:3:191:101) once completed there is a film reel symbol and my character is unable to move. I have just paid for this part of the game and to have it stop my story progress twice makes the story unplayable now. Can you help us please?
