I looked below, though, they ain't there, either!!! It really looks like someone stole them :(

Just tried to complete this achievement, goggles are still nowhere to be found :/

Pretty sure I started the achievement way over 425 cooking, so that shouldn't be an issue. With that being said - have you done Gourmet cooking on another char already?
