Unless the information is crucial it is not recommended to update/bump a ticket. It gets sent to the back of the line usually.

Ok so I bought the expansions a few days ago and by accident I entered the code on my alternate account, sent a ticket mentioning my email and display name of the account I want the expansions transferred to. Do I have to provide any other details for them to transfer the expansions? Also, I didn't open my alt account for 2 months now and I mentioned that in the ticket as well. Any help is appreciated.Thank you :)
