[Balance changes 7/7/2020]

Is it only me, or did the cd of Glacial Blow go up from 6 to 8 sec in WvW?

Love how they do things: "Glacial Blow: Reduced cooldown from 10 seconds to 8 seconds in PvP and WvW."fun fact it had an 6 sec cd in WvW ... so its an increase not decrease.
