Couldn't find any topics on this that weren't years old and what I did find suggested the 6th bonus from this rune set was bugged and did not apply.
Can anyone confirm if this is still the case?

If so....can we get this fixed?

I'm not advocating removing the HP cost to use the skill. I just want the skill to only work -if- it has a target.

Profession Skills

In this update, we are focusing on remaining skill tuning and bug fixes as a follow up to the May 11 balance update. We wanted to give special attention to small quality-of-life issues experienced by several professions.

 

Was wondering if Signet of Undeath was on the list of possible tuning?
I cannot tell you how many times I have gone to cast this and the target either teleports out of it or is finished before it completes casting. That said, whether it "actually" works or not, it takes your health regardless.

Would be amazing if, when there was no target available to resurrect, it would just fizzle/cancel the skill.

I recall one of the GW2 Dev Live-Streams, the Dev said they would be adding a vendor to convert emblems to skirmish tickets? It was towards the very end of the stream, a couple of months ago?
