Same, connection problems all day long (with perfect Internet connection elsewhere). Either I can't login, or I have infinite loading screens when I change maps or characters. I have never had any connection issue prior to this

New tip: it looks like you need to play 1h on the character you have finished the collection with. I had played 20h+ on other characters since I finished the collection, but someone told me it had to be the same character... So I just afk'ed now for 30 min on that character and it worked (I had already played a bit with that character since the end of the collection, just not 1h).

Has anyone found a fix to this? I have finished "A new friend" two days ago and still no way to unlock "A new look" collection D:
