AR probably has the best of zergbusting guilds that actually stay on a server for long periods of time. It's hard to tell sometimes because a lot of the zerg busting guilds like DED/KEK tend to move around almost every 2 months. If the OP is looking to join a higher end zergbusting guild, he needs to reconsider settling on a server and instead join the guild and just accept that you'll have to move around every 2 months. 

Based on this bolded parts I assume your criterion is something along this.

1. Wants a high coverage server, especially during the NA timezone
2. Wants a fight oriented server.
3. A server that has a culture of small scale guilds that want to fight larger groups.
4. Indifferent about joining a guild, but still wants access to content.

Thank you so much for all the info, it really helps a lot. I'm definitely looking to join a guild it's just that I'm a pretty new/returning player and when I did play it was only sPvP so I don't really have any notoriety or reputation or even know anything about potential guilds I'd want to join. So I was looking for a server to kind of scout guilds on and make some sort of reputation on.

I also just realized "I could care less about joining a megaserver or guild." made it seem like I wasn't looking for a guild, I meant like zerg/mega guild

I'm looking for an NA server with active wvw content at all times of the day. I don't care about ego, I just like good fights and enjoy running with smaller scale groups taking on outnumbered fights. I could care less about joining a megaserver or zerg guild. So if anyone has suggestions or personal experiences to recount, go for it.
