[The pervasive event bugs this patch are embarrassing]

I'm sure you're working hard on a hot fix right now. But, why does this happen in the first place? Why is a bug or set of bugs that effect so many events going undetected and pushed to the live server branch? How did QA miss this? It's discouraging to see as a player. It's especially frustrating because this bug effects lots of instanced end game content that has been plagued by unfixed bugs for months on end now. Why is this content getting shafted?

bumping this, still prone to breaking. kill both npcs and nothing happens, respawn timers go  to 0 and sit there

No CM reward chests given after completing OLC CM.

I had the same issue with hallucinations. Very disappointing
