[What do you do with your level 80 booster?]

how do you use it?  It keeps telling me it's disabled.  I want my share slot to be emptied!

Does it come with a shared inventory slot?  I thought it did but after making the purchase I don't see a new shared inv slot added to my account, however I did receive a weapon skin, a cape, and a new title.
