Make sure that you don't have anything that block sites or links like googletagmanager.com or something like that which seem to be needed. Web shop seem to need that tracking link to allow purchase to get to next stage.
Had to disable adblocker and one built in blocker to finally get through with my purchase when all devices (cellphone, computer and laptop) and both FF and MS Edge would bring up error 108 every time. Maybe there was a problem on Arena Nets end or something else. Anyway this time it did work for me to purchase what I wanted in web shop.
