[Revenant : No skill and stance underwater]

Hi,

 

I am encountering troubles on my Revenant: as said in the title of this topc, there is neither skills no stances available underwater (no matter the legendary stance). I have taken screenshots, in order to provide feedback about it to the support.
I doubt being the only one concerned, but just to be sure: does anyone else have this trouble?

[New Kaineng City - Ministry of Archives - Collection]

Same here, and I do not have story completed. But I don't see the point to indicate that a collection is "available" ("Collection disponible", in french on mu UI), if there is a prerequisite for it.

By the way, there is another collection in Echovald, which I have started. So my guess is that the story should not need to be completed beforehand.
