I find myself stuck in this story unable to proceed. I have tried it multiple times without success. I thought I had read somewhere that you needed the blood collector so I finally managed to get to the wall with one and it doesn't help. I fight my way up to the wall and a lot of the time Rytlock and Crecia would stop at some point and just stand there even if I go back to them. However, this last time they are standing next to me at the wall but nothing happens. Rytlock says something along the lines of "Still Got it" My character tells Malice to find another way to the top that we are almost there. Braham talks about the Spirits being in pain....and those repeat. But nothing ever progresses. Help?

Thank you all for your help. I have gotten part of the way into the grotto but got killed by a drake lol. I will wait for my husband to get off of work and tell him how to get there and hopefully he can resurrect me so I don't have to start over after completing 2 of the raptor dismount jumps.

Hi, I am having trouble finding any more Mastery points that I can accomplish in the Crystal Desert. I need one more Mastery point in order to get Canyon Jumping on the raptor. I appear to have only gotten 2 of the Mastery points from the map and 3 others from Story, I guess. I have completed 1-3 and it appears I need other mounts to complete 4 (The Sacrifice). I am not sure how to continue at this point. I have a screenshot that I can upload that shows the 2 Mastery points that I have gotten. But I am not sure how to upload here. They are the one you can easily Swim out to in Bay of Elon and the one between the Free City of Amnoon and Amnoon Farms. Help?

I don't seem to have a way to reply to the moderator who sent me a warning. I didn't post this in multiple places. I only posted it once. I only show it as posted once. Why am I getting a warning about duplicate posts?

Oh incidentally, I did wind up fixing it myself. Turned out some stuff was installed on my laptop that took the storage space on the drive significantly below the required HD space. Uninstalled some stuff, and added more space to the drive and the issues are gone.

This is ridiculous. I had been having problems with the game suddenly not working anymore. I was getting kicked out constantly. I went through troubleshooting and they got to the end and basically got uh we don't know what's wrong and can't/won't help you any more. Talk to someone else. (Nevermind that the game is the only thing that I was having trouble with.) Anyway, so I get the email to rate this service and 2 days later I can't actually do the rating because the request was "closed". Now, I tried waiting to give a more objective and less driven by being pissed response but the fact that they have an internal system that prevents leaving a bad review is utterly ridiculous.

I have been having this issue off and on since yesterday. Also when I am in I get lots of lag issues and sometimes it disconnects on me.

And I just went back into the last instance that had Rytlock and Crecia around me and talked to Rytlock a few times tried to interact with Crecia with no luck and lastly interact with the wall and the others just ran through it but I am still stuck behind it. I am so confused.
