  1. Today I logged in and notice a hole in my shared inventory slots, the Arborstone Portal Scroll was gone. I checked all my characters and bank, its nowhere to be found. I thought to myself maybe I accidentally deleted it for some reason, lets check the wiki on how to obtain it again. Says to complete EoD story chapter 8 ''Fallout''. I just did the entire questline, its the Kuunavag reveal story, and at the end of it I didnt get any reward (it was a blank reward popup). So what happened? The portal scroll is gone and I cant obtain it anymore, anyone else have this?

  2. The WvW dailies and weeklies are -shockingly- designed for a WvW player. I play WvW only and I do all dailies and weeklies without even opening my Wizard Vault tab to check whats in there, its completely free and automatic. If you dont want to deal with them then simply select the cog icon in your Vault tab and only put a tick on PvE just like I only put a tick on WvW.

  3. Easy fix. When there are no more players around (aka you successfully defend your objective and wipe all the enemies in the area) the rams will lose 90% of their HP stat (it can be a buff that goes away once conditions are met with no players around like the dolyak buff, just much bigger area ofc). Gg ez

I disagree, I think dps meter as toxic as it is its necessary for people like me who dont have a guild nor a static nor a real schedule to filter out players who are not performing very well after a few wipes. I understand arcdps is often used to mock people, but from my PoV as a casual pug enjoyer I absolutely NEED to see how each player in my party is performing and eventually replace them if we start wiping too much to some CC/dps check or bad boon duration. Get in my pants guys, we pug-only gamers exist and we need it :I

  5. Cleared it few times too, got all achievements except the 6 stacks one which Im sure its close to unpuggable xd
    I must admit none of the points you make affect me directly because I can manage it, but I agree it can be a problem for many people, its not great indeed..
    My biggest complain however is the fact that this fight is just a bad fight for any melee class which I dont think its good design
    One thing is favoring condi over power, or viceversa in multi-phase fights, but another thing is completely make a melee miserable

  6. I didnt know the CM version was on the way, but I mean the damage has been done at this point. Pretty much everyone who could complain about how difficult they are already complained. The normal version we have now should've been slightly easier to make them happy while the CM should've been considerably harder for everyone else who want a challenge and also avaiable day 1

    Because there is honestly no need to? You just have to move out from a few very large red menacing AoE, you have to press 1 button to jump high in the sky and you have to follow a big red arrow on the map pointing you towards a direction. I mean you dont need preparation for this but I agree on the part where you mention the fight is messy. I think there are way too many ads xd
    Also in one of my latest attempt I somehow got freed from a whirlpool which is nice because before the fix you just had to accept you will die and not press 1 which is not good design.

    DE Meta is in a very good spot now imho, in my latest 8 attempts I won 6 times and the 2 losses I got was simply because the Commander didnt put much effort into the whole organization, mainly not all subs had good boons and no teams assigned to any markers for preparing smooth split phases. Its still hard but doable with some organization, thanks Anet

  8. So far we learned they are used for events where you have to destroy things and Turtles make it possible in first place or simply make it faster. My take is Anet will add more ways to deploy them in future content. No point in rushing this type of content out if 99% of the playerbase didnt had access to the turtle prior the various fixes and prior the playerbase learned to just deal with it and start using subgroups and some proper boon spread

  9. I dont understand why EoD Strike missions dont have a challenge mode, this would remove all the complains about the difficulty to obtain the turtle mount for some people who might struggle with slightly demanding gameplay
    Personally I dont think Kaineng Overlook is hard, on the contrary the current version is so easy it can be cheesed by HSG or some random aegis spam but if we had a normal mode and CM it would be easier for everybody to just do the content they are mentally prepared for and get appropriate rewards for it aka turtle for normal mode and some more currency for CM

    I think the CM should not be something specifically for raids or fractals (and some strikes), but should become a common thing in Guildwars 2. Almost all issues could be solved by having a easy version for all the chill players and a harder version more mechanically demanding for everyone else, no idea why this feature is being completely ignored
