[Character, armor and weapons preview disappear when using non-native resolution [Merged]]

i have the same issue  as well. tho i can see some portion of the preview if i drag the preview/hero panel to the upper left side of the screen.

So i just bought the Collection Standard which include HoT, PoF, EoD a couple weeks ago, and just starting strike mission, so apparently i can access Drizzlewood Coast without corresponding Icebrood LW by going in "Cold War" strike mission and exiting through the portal and selecting ->yes instead of ->back to Eye of The North. i mean im not complaining 😄 , just curious. is this intentional? and also i unlock The Champion episode of Icebrood, i didnt buy it from gem store, it was just there unlocked it wasn't even mentioned in the product description of Collection Standard. and the Vision of the past: steel and fire cost 0 gem.
