[Pact Scout's Mapping Materials]

It seems that the item "Pact Scout's Mapping Materials " is missing the method "Consume All" (while other methods do exist and this Item is indeed considered as a consumable item). so far, I had to manually click with my mouse so many times just to open all of them. Is this a bug or a missing feature?
