[Targetted ports don't work with action cam (only in PvP?)]

Similar issues with other builds: e.g., ele air 3 on scepter. It doesnt work when not facing the enemy, works without action cam.

Ports like sword 2 on guardian usually don't port to the target when using action cam. They do without action cam.

[Shadowfall specter cancels by moving]

If you try to cast the shadowfall well it gets cancelled if you move. This doesnt happen with other wells afaik.

Its not stealth, Thief has had some of its weirdest nerfs when the best build didnt use stealth. Its mobility. Mobility means tha tthief will always be good, but they dont really wanna remove thieves mobility proper.

specter without the wells isn't that mobile compared to classes like herald, willbender, harb, untamed, soulbeast

You'll end up with significantly reduced shroud generation. 20k shroud is also too much
