[unable to login to submit ticket]

I'm having an issue signing in to the portal to submit a ticket request.

Upon clicking on 'sign in', I'm redirected to the login page, once signed in, it shows my dashboard but when I clicked on 'Support',  I'm redirected to the support portal but I'm no longer logged in.

When I clicked on Sign in, it repeats the above again.

I saw a few other topics on this and tried using different browsers, it doesn't seem to work.
