[Gem Card Redemption loop.]

I recently purchased 2 Gem cards from Best Buy and the website tells me to redeem the codes in game and while in game it tells me to redeem them on the website. This is very confusing. Also not able to submit a ticket from some kind of account loop due to being a Steam account.
