I hope that concept of longer availability of weeks during ongoing BL event will get some attention from devs 🙂 At least we can have some info whether it's a "no go" for this event and finished weeks are "lost forever" or prolonged availability might be considered.

That's my guess too, hence my request to make all weeks tabs available during whole event. At least prolongate event windows, i.e. week 1 would be available through weeks 1-2, week 2 available through weeks 2-3, etc.

Precisely. One thing I like about achievements in GW2 is that I can do them whenever I want, because there is no time gate. I'm not counting festivals, because these are different. Festivals are time gated, but their annual achievements are repeatable once per year, so I can wait if I missed them. Current bonus event prevents some players from completing its achievement only because they didn't log in in certain time. Is there any reason to do that? It's not competition like: "I'm better, because I log in regularly".

Festivals are different, all achievements are available during festival, not in certain weeks of festival. All I ask is to provide the same solution here: during all 4 weeks of current bonus event we can contribute to every week, not only during respective weeks.

I can understand that, but daily system is already there for this purpose. But gating exclusive achievement (not to mention rewards) behind time window gates seems a bit "meh" in 2023 🙂

May I humbly suggest, that we have opportunity to finish Black Lion Requisition Mission Weeks 1-4 not only in their respective event windows, but also after them? That would allow players who missed week 1 or will miss next weeks finish all tiers of Black Lion Requisition Investor during this bonus event. It might even cost some gold or materials to unlock "closed week tab" at BL merchant for those, who missed its event window, but that still would be great to have it finished and not hanging forever as unfinished achievement. Just a suggestion 🙂 Wish You all the best!
