  1. As others said the barrier is coming from heal scourge not flock. Most comped guilds have switched to running 1 heal scourge per line and it shits our barrier like candy on Halloween. Flock is a decent relic for FB and members with mantra of healing but it doesn't provide nearly the level of barrier that heal scourge can.

Yea but this also means making legendary WvW armour is now like 30% less expensive lol

Is anyone actually buying memories of battle for WvW armor? You earn more than enough by just playing WvW which you already have to do for skirmish tokens.

  3. Yea it's pretty awful. I've played over 12 hours of WvW this past week and ended up with 8/10 on my WvW defense weekly, I really hope if nothing else they remove this as a weekly because its completely out of your control as a player. Between that obsidian sanctum, and the inability to skip or pick your dailies I switched to PvE only for now despite WvW being my primary game mode.

In trying to get the Warclaw, it is actively making me hate the game mode because it takes so long, and you basically have to hope that your fellow players took the reward track for speed.  Even with speed boosts, you feel left in the dust.

Most players I've run with seem to be well over the 1.2k WvW rank you need to max every trait line so I don't think that is as big of an issue as you may think. The real issue is that the buff is only shared if you stay near them for some duration of time (like 5-10s), remain by them, and stay out of combat. So you often find that even if you get the boost they may double lunge (or you get tagged by an enemy npc) and you are suddenly out of range with no way to keep up. Most groups I've run into though will slowdown and avoid the other movement skills if you let them know you are working on warclaw

Allow me ask the 200+ players who showed up in the video poster server map, if Necromancer Profession: Rise had anything to do with the lag  and disconnects.

    Here is a Surprise

Yes....Anet did nerf Necromancer Profession: Bomb Minion 15 years ago.

      Reveal hidden contents

    sarcasm

Well I guess...somehow....the dead nerfed bomb minions.... somehow un-erfed themselves and secretly transitioned to Guild Wars 2 Universe...to Guild Wars 2 New Engine System and crawled to: Necromancer Profession to continue their scheme??

Does that make any sense at all??  Because it is all in the imagination.

Instead of creating a fairy tail story of dead minions blowing up servers; let us use our energy to force Anet to bring the game back to life instead??

Once again; Thank You! for your understanding

Lol imagine comparing instanced content where the server is connected to at most 8 players (and only 1 in your example above) with one where the server is connected to 200+ players in the same area. They are not even remotely similar situations and your ignorance is here is coming through quite clearly. Its also very obvious that the server is struggling to keep up when you see the R value from arc dps start flying all over the place as soon as you run into a zerg running rise.

The bigger issue with rise imo is just with how GW2 area damage works, with skills being limited to a max of 5 targets spamming rise gives the zergs a bunch of really cheap damage mitigation, and when you couple that with the inevitable skill lag it means the few skills you manage to get off just get eaten up by the stupid minions.

Someone explain to me what this means?

Full/High pop WvW servers are linked to medium-low pop servers to help balance the player population out. (ie the two servers are treated as the same for matchups). Every two months they change which servers links based on the current active WvW player population changes on those servers.

  7. According to the wiki the Blazing a Trail story step is supposed to reward an exotic Backpack upon completion (once per account). Depending upon which choice you made. My wife and I completed the story step tonight (we chose independence) but neither of us received the "Banners of Amnoon" backpack. It does however now show up in our collections despite there being no back piece in either of our inventories, and we double checked and this is the firs time either of us have completed this story step on any of our characters.
