I think you need to use the button "Sign in through Steam" (at https://account.arena.net/) to login with your new account that you created over steam.

The achievement "Chasing Tales: Deadly Accuracy" is currently bugged and it won't progress at all. I killed a ton of mobs but it still didn't count.

Also stuck at 7/10 of my 3rd round.Is anet even looking at this? Why did anet even fiddle around at it in the first place (cuz that's obviously the reason it broke)? Do we really need to start tagging every anet dev (no matter if they are responsible) just to get anyone to respond.
