[With the changes to Retal How should guardians be compensated? should they be compensated?]

Years ago Retal was toned down significantly with no damage buffs anywhere else to compensate for it, I doubt they will do this now =/

Still no fix to this? Even after the balance patch to make it function better?

Its slow moving and hardly lands, so shouldn't the damage be higher?
Why is it slow moving and terrible except from 300 range?

I thought that with fixing scepter 2 years ago, and then with the balance patch we might get Scepter 1 fix. Is this at all a thing anet is looking into? Do they think its fine?

I don't understand why the guardian scepter 1 can't function like Necro scepter 1. Or get the same treatment that engineer rifle 1 got with the tracking it had with speed. It is really confusing how they improved scepter 2 without fixing scepter 1.
