    2-3 Engineers per team in the early days then once the counter play came in it when down to 1-2 per game. The counters most came if the form of Core Guardian, Elementalist (Tempest mostly), Vindicator, Untamed(sometimes alot of them), Mesmer(surprising counter), finally Spellbreaker. 

    All these had tones of projectile immunity options so it stopped the wave on Engineer spam. 

     

    So the counters to the super op engi rifle are all classes except necro and thief, well....

  2. this really is bad for fighting in an outnumbered situation. It doesnt matter if 30 people hit me for 4k or for 2k. But damage matters if you fight against a blob. We should be able to kill at least a couple of them befor we get overrun ....

    no thief has no counter, not every class can reveal. Every spec i play for reoaming has to be designed with thiefs in mind. No other class dictates my traits and gear like thiefs do.

    so we need to nerf beserk stats because thiefs and warriors can play them and still be tanky/slippery

    every class can use cele but thiefs and warriors can go full berserk without loosing thier sustain.

    So they have first to be smiter booned. Stealth needs to be deleted. All Classes should have the same hp. 

    Or nerf beserk stats because thief and warrior can use them well while ele or guard cant.

    4. Fumigate now only removes 2 conditions instead of 5.
    5. Medical dispersion field changed from 15% to 10%
    6. Purity of Purpose no longer works on allies. Only conditions removed on the scrapper will be converted into boons. ICD changed from 3 to 2 seconds.

     

    even if you delete engineer, it will change nothing

    We will just stack more guards, tempests, warriors, necros and revs. Because condis spam suck and cc spam suck. 

     

    Just try to run in a public instead of clouding solo in SN, Then you will get your kills. 

    Its not uncommon to have a group with guard, scrapper, tempest and warrior. Thats 3-4 supports.

    Thats exactly how it should be. There is a reason why real PvP/WvW games like DAoC and GW1 are still considered to have better pvp. Because there was teamplay needed to kill an enemy. You have to interrupt healers and coodinate your spikes to breake through support. But kids nowadays are unable to work in a team, they demand success even if they solo cloud in SN against a organized guild. Thats so sad guys. Please play fps games.

    Without supports its just clownfiesta aoe spamming, with supports its at least coordinated. Jes you need coordinated damage to kill something, thats the way of MMOs and group games. Maybe you should play FPS games?

    No matter how much you nerf a single class, zergs will stack supports as long as there are heal and cleanse skills.

  8. guys you need to chill, srsly. People are getting older, most players are getting kids, making career, buying a house etc.

    They just cant be online 24/7 like a couple of jears ago. This game is old and needs new players. But without marketing and with crybabys all over the forum/internet it will be difficult. 

     

    Thiefs are a real issue though. Most Fiends i know stopped playing because of this class.

    it still looks like the healer spec. There is no damage at all in this build. Untraited nades suck and you cant chase or cc anything.

    there are no grenades in your "celestial/Diviner-Grenade-Mechanist" . In fact there is no damage at all. How in this would can anything die to this? Everyone outheals your damage by just pressing 6

    Same, i play engineer since beta and im full of hate towards anet for giving us AI again. Even after turrets, gyros, spirits, spirit weapons. It is totally useless in WvW what i play most. And even got nerfed.

  12. the most kitten mechanic and class balance in the history of mmo. Roamers have to endure this garbage for 9 jears now. It kills the fun for everyone. This class alone is the reason why most people, that i know stopped playing, including me. Im just here for EoD for a while. I also write my 2 cents  every time i visit this forum in such a thread. 

     

    There is always a thread like this in wvw. Always, since 9 jears.

  13. WTF guys im totally shocked and even triggered that there are people that defend this abornimation really whats wrong with you guys? 

     

    i played engi as main since beta through PvP, WvW and PvE to complete legendary (except mace ofc...) and im so angry about this stupid new class that i stopped playing since it got announced. This Pet-AI Bull#### doesnt work. Turrets dont, pets dont, Spirit weapons and gyros didnt work. It will never be usable in WvW/PvP no matter how you patch it.

     

    This class is a punishemt for all the time we dominated pvp and the only people that hype this "greatest mistake of gw2 history" are people that got owned alot by engis and try to retaliate that way.
