[Download refuses to proceed! Please help!! [Merged]]

I had the same problem. I have searched several forums and found something from anet about changing languages at the installer to force download. I did that and was able to get close to 50% (I think..it restarts at each change) but it locked up again and I had gone through all the languages, and it would not start. I sent an email to anet about it and was gathering the documents they ask for about diagnostics and ended starting the .exe file by accident :) and it's working again. I initially stopped at 35% and was able to push it to 222K left before the language trick quit and am now at 146K and dropping. So far...so good...we'll see.

Was at Freetrader Haven and a shark was on the dock. It was marked red, but wasn't attacking anyone...just sitting there. I have a screen shot but couldn't add it. I can only add an image from a url, and the shot is on my c drive?
