[Random Skill Lag?]

I'm not too tech savy so hoping someone here can help me out. I've been experiencing random skill lag here and there for the past couple weeks in game. It's happens all throughout different game modes, like in raids, WvW, and me just roaming around different pve maps. What tends to happen is that I click a skill or try to mount and then anywhere from either half a second to maybe a couple seconds later, it activates. I haven't noticed any patterns as to when it happens either. I am also on the NA server if that matters.

Anyone know why it's happening and/or if I can troubleshoot this problem?

[Wolves of the Falling Stars [WtFS] looking for guild officers to rebuild]

Like the title says, I'm currently looking for officers (or members) to join my guild. The guild has been a bit dead for about a year or so, and I'm trying to see if there are other players who would like to build this guild back up with me. Many of my former officers have become busy with irl work or school and haven't been playing much. The guild specializes in fractals, raids, and WvW.
