I've spent 2-1/2 hours doing events and meta for that Mote. Hasn't dropped yet for me. Another terrible RNG item.
Update : Figures...the very next event I did dropped the item!

Still bugged after update...stops after the scan haze part. Trying to do story on all 13 of my characters. I am NOT redoing the story over and over. This is not a bug fix, it's a player work-around.

I listened to 2 audio recordings and they are not registering on the achievement for me.

Finished Repair Crew Royale (North Repair Crew Escort) and I didn't receive the +2 AP. This is getting ridiculous trying to do achievement points. For veteran players those AP are pretty important as they give us a reason to continue playing this old game. Arenanet... tell us SOMETHING! Btw, I've been tracking my AP since 7/6/22 after I noticed the loss of AP.

Strange that you mentioned the trading post. In addition to the lighting bug, I've noticed a black line on items I try to sell on the TP and it seems there is a slight lagginess when the items are highlighted showing their details. I'm beginning to think the lighting bug originates when the game client is first loaded. When the bug is NOT occurring during a loaded session it seems to me some of the models are darker than usual.

Good to know that I'm not the only one seeing this issue. Started after patch on 19th. Happens in various maps. Same thing that Caerbannog's video shows.

At the beginning of July I noticed that my AP wasn't 'quite right'. After finding this thread I started taking notes of my current AP and what achievements I was completing on 7/6/22. This morning (7/14/22) when I logged into the game I found my AP was reduced by 4. This was not because of any repeatable achievement as others try to claim is causing the problem. For veteran players, AP is a source of pride and status. Losing AP makes our efforts seem futile.

Update: Got the Mechanist's Stamp after trying meta on a new day. Must only drop if you get daily chest. (...and the laughing emoji...really?)

I just completed the Blackout Meta on my Mechanist and didn't receive the Mechanist's Stamp for Percussive Maintenance.

Same thing just happened to me in regards to the Vindicator's Authorization Papers. Completed the meta and no papers. Wonderful wasting 2 hours of my time.

Equipped weapons not equipped and not equippable

Same problem. I've enjoyed playing new characters every week (for the key farm) and using specialized weapons on those characters i.e. a hammer on a level 10+ elementalist. Today I made a Guardian but when I tried to equip a longbow it just wouldn't work. Even right-clicking on the weapon slot then picking Equip from Inventory showed the longbow but it wouldn't equip. btw I have the weapon master training done...
