Expertise becomes worse the longer the base duration of the condition is due to a higher likelihood of getting cleansed. It works better for condition bursts.

Arrow carts are the winners of the patch. With all the healing coefficient nerfs they just annihilate blobs. I am going to bring them to open field battles as well.

You need to complete patrol event trial preparation before the event ends.

[2. Shadow in the Ice - Lost Spirits Found [Stuck]]

I have also story progress stuck on Lost Spirits Found right after completing all three cleansing events. Mine had progressed to "Check in with Braham at the Wolverine Shrine", but there's nothing at the indicated story marker location near Wolverine Priestess NPC.Having completed the event now multiple times in different map instances I am confident there's nothing I can do to progress this quest further.

Edit:Completely restarting the game fixed this for me. It was not enough to swap instances through character selection. I can see Braham now.

[Why so many speed buffs?]

Weave Self is 50%, Zephyr's Speed (air trait) is 25%, Woven Stride is 40%, Swiftness is 33% and Superspeed is 100%. It's working as intended since movement speed doesn't stack, only the highest percentage increase is applied. The only exception to this rule are Swim-Speed Infusions.
