Insert all the caveats about min/max best spec and it probably being less than perfect..... but ive been wondering what are people thinking about the changes to unrelenting criticism and how it would work in a radiance, honor, firebrand seraph build? Not necessarily a raid spec, but overall general play, OW, fractals, strikes?

"But you can negate a bazillion damage with those 3 blocks!!!" Congrats, if you have perfect timing and anticipation you can stay alive for an extra 3 seconds. If it stays with current design you need something like a 2k heal on each charge.....
