[Cant enable DX11]

Why the DX11 option does not appear, only DX9 appears in my settings? Does anyone know why.

Prototype Position Rewinder - Equip a position rewinder, which can be used to rewind your position to a previously marked location, for me the most useful Gizmo in the game.

Hello all.From Portugal same error here. I forwarded my router's ports, i created an exception in my antivirus and my firewall but the problem persists.
