hmm i do 1v2 and 1v3 a lot and i think the game is more balanced with downstate. dont forget that you can trait for rezzes (1vid i guess) and when someone is rezzing they cannot attack you, so you have chances left. when you want to trait for stomps you have to pay for it too (as warri i ue rampage a lot to do it outnumbered)
when downstate would be removed only powerburst/retreat classes will remain and the game would be completly broken imo

zerker is better when you want to burst down a single target because you can follow/cc/stomp better. ( i do use rampage sometimes to stomp inside the enemy zerg). A good reaper will do more overall damage for sure but has to retreat more often when trying to finish.
zerkes has advantages when you want to rez your teammates too

rewards are not brilliant, but crafting may help in wvw if you want to equip multiple characters. but it should be no problem to just use the skirmish/pvp vendor, it will just take a bit more time

in contrast i would like it to join guilds with characters only (like classic WoW), so in case i dont want to be spied on i can just switch characters. atm i avoid guilds because many force you to join / talk to them all the time

The Heart of Maguuma is much more enjoyable than the desert. This does include metas, story, difficulty and map design.
just have a look at the doppelgaenger meta and compare it with any HoT one

the option to increase the difficulty by a lot would be really nice. It does not feel right to defeat all these dragons and gods while feeling bored. But it should still be possible to complete the story chapters and aquire mounts and other stuff in easy mode

problem is: some bounties are soloable and most can be done with 2 ppl. dont forget scaling
Is it possible that I picked up a respawned bounty and a person who had picked up an earlier contract for the bounty triggered it?
the person might have taken it up before you; dont know about respawn

you can move back your pet with f3 or change pet or use peace mode, clones can be used and they are gone. minions are a thing though

exactly my thoughts. looks like " hey we have a nice map, what to do with it?" "Lets place a few collections in there, so everyone is forced to see every corner" "But what if the ppl like stories and interesting enemies?" "sry, no time (and brains) left"

i think the reason for timegating this is to prevent a burnout by doing this boring port and run grind for too long...why do we have to get back to the same positions again? why arent there any engaging quests to do instead? (brain drain i guess)
after finishing this i will never come back to this map again because i will remember this mindless grind and it will be a pain

one of the worst, if not the worst story part ever. Completly lack of character development. I think its possible to exchange the NPC story characters (Taimi, Rox, Canach, Zafariah etc) with anonymous ones like Zephyrites and most people wont recognize, because they do only act in the most common uncreative ways anyways.
Concerning gameplay its just a port and run story and it does feel unfinished with regard to this matter too. Pretty sure its the result of the brain drain in the team and i hope they can regenerate.
Last story part was great, this one is boring af
Maybe add a single player challenge mode so i have to help my pet

@ "just a flesh wound" (should learn to read with patience). use the special ability (move) to lead the people towards the exit.

you know about the dcs so i will mention a few minor bugs.
- i did only collect 1 mucus sample, the rest was skipped
- the eggs in the refugee just vanished, then i had to fight the spider boss directly
- in the mists i got an achievement (think "Right On Track") when defending Blish after one of the mages screamed about a veteran(?) passing their lines, but no enemy appeared and i just watched the scenario
- maybe increase the map size or add a wall when fighting the deadeye at second spot. i dodged and left the map while still being able to hit Zafira
Fun to play anyways!

block a handful of ppl and usually 95% of salt is gone.&you should never try pvp because its worse
