I deal with toxic individuals in life by holding them accountable. The ideas I've proposed already exist in other popular games. It's not a wild and crazy idea to hold people accountable.

[Avoid Player Option]

If people want to be toxic and yell at their team for whatever reason. That's their option. We should have an option to "avoid" that player for 3-5 days. It's similar to block except we won't be queued with them. If that means that toxic player's queue time takes longer because of it... Oh well.

Obfuscating what classes the other  team has is fine. That might make balance issues more apparent and give a clearer idea of what people generally feel safe playing.

Locking them (on queue) might be a bit much. We don't want this:

They should be able to change, but not see what opponent has. At least for a bit. 

You could always select what you're queing as. Other games do this. It can be as complicated or as basic as the community wants. Power, Condi, Boons, Heals, Bunker. Support, DPS.

Edit. Or depending on what you select, these rolls are determined for you.

What title says. Play what you queued with.

[Hammer 3 - Number of Targets 2 ???]

You have so many skills across all classes that are either single target, 3 targets (auto attack skills), 5 targets. Seems odd to have 2 targets. Buff this to 5 targets like everyone else so a Catalyst can feel awesome with it's already kitten skill.

 

Side note: What is the deal with the condi duration? Willbender over here stacking 25 burns in 2-3 seconds and Catalyst's Flame Wheel (one of the signature skills), gets 1.5s when stacking Balthazar Runes, Sigil of Smoldering, and Expertise??? Catalyst is already having a tough time getting those condis out... Help us out here.
