tried to craft it first then tried to forge but neither one worked.....

On my weapoonsmith  character with 500 weaponsmith...the forge won't take the 4 ingredients. So very weird... oh and I have the recipe from Mirani...

2 weeks ago, I was able to craft a legendary trident with no issues, making a Gift of Metal in the process. Yesterday I went to craft a Gift of Metal to make the legendary spear and It will not take the Darksteel ingots as part of the ingredients. Is there an issue now with the recipe? This is only my 2nd legendary so I am still not comfortable with the process. Any help is welcome. Thanks all!
