welp, we won. 2 enemies on the whole map 

[DX11 Crash Issue]

yeah, the game crashes right in the char(r) selection, it runs for a few seconds but then just crashes without a crashdump

 

tried without arcDPS and reshade but it still just crashes, wiped %appdata%\Guildwars 2\ but it keeps on crashing

i would like to upgrade some 24 and 28 slot bags to 32 on my other char® but somehow they are still soulbound. Could this be fixed that 24 and 28 slot bags are not soulbound anymore
