This option will actually be added back in in a future build, though I don't have an exact ETA:https://en-forum.guildwars2.com/discussion/comment/951759#Comment_951759So I'm still trying to be positive that it will come back soon, because removing the exchange right when there is finally use for it... idk, this can't be unintentional if you think about it.
