Noob stompers no matter how bad they are vs competent players will always get nerfed sadly. At least in this game.

These are my thoughts:
- ele: nothing aside from tempest aura share nerf, i guess support ele took a big hit, not familiar with the spec.
-engi: the only nerf I kinda liked was to EE. irrelevant core engi nerfs, holo untouched. I’d rather have them not touch engi damage and nerf holosmiths mobility or sustain instead. The meta is already quite tanky.
-thief: my mesmer is happy >:) though I understand that thief mains may not be.
-necro: wvw, i don’t go there
-guard: wvw
-rev: core rev nerfs bad, renegade nerfs i dunno, the sustain was kinda over the top.
-war: never played this class, can’t speak for it.
A lot of things that actually needed nerfs not nerfed. Mirage still has one dodge. Chrono is still bad aside from oneshot memes. 300cd traits are still in the game.
Some classes/builds still have very high sustain.
Also celestial amulet removed. Instead of removing amulets adjust OP builds ?????????????

Both the launcher and the web site gives me an error code whenever I try to log into my account. The only reason I can make this post is because I had already logged in before the bug (?) from my phone. And from my computer I can log into my alt just fine. And the password isn’t incorrect either as I’ve tried to log in like 20 times. I could play just fine yesterday.
The error code is as it follows:
“The code you entered is invalid. Please check your information and try again.”
Build: 107771
Error Code: 3023:1012:6:377
I sent a ticket to support but no replies yet :( Have I been banned or something?

The title. Been getting unplayable lag for over two weeks now. I used to have 90-100 ping with little latency normally but ever since that fractal update its become super unstable (spiking from 90 to 2000 then dropping to 400 and back to 2k and 90 again etc). It's making the game super unfun, if not unplayable. There are other players having server issues too who spoke out about it in different threads. Why isn't this being addressed?????? I dont have the same issue in other games.

huge lag spikes in pvp all the time, will go from 90-100(my avg ping) to 2k ping, been like this for a few days , its making pvp literally unplayable

very bad ping in eu can barely do pvp :( one minute its 100 the other its 330

Specifically talkong about PVP and WVW. PVE is fine in raids becasue you dont need to take any utility. problem is to have any decent damage/ sustain in pvp you need to work stupidly hard for mediocre results
This so much. The effort a mesmer puts vs any non mesmer enemy is huge compared to the non mesmer. And the mesmer dies if they make like one or two mistakes, other classes can recover much much easier.

Yes enemy mirrors show up on your screen but they have a dark color and no you can’t use another mirage’s mirrors enemy or ally

Yes it’s not a team support kind of bunker build but you can kinda facetank with it.

If the mesmer tries to burst while you’re capping (usually happens at the start of the match) you can drop traps on node, mesmer comes to burst you but gets downed by traps- boom done
If the shatter mes spawns clones on you to see if there are any traps but that’ll reveal the mes, they can restealth again of course but you know to expect the burst, just count to 3 and dodge
It’s also harder to burst moving targets so don’t afk on point if there’s a shatter mes on the enemy team
Shatter mesmers are very squishy and have 15k hp (no defense). You don’t have to try much to kill a mesmer right now unless the mesmer is really good.

I dunno, I haven’t played the bunker chrono build. I’ll give it a try sometime. Also for weavers, I just disengage them if I failed to 1 shot and there’s no teammate around. That is of course, assuming it’s a non squishy good weaver. I’ve seen some extremely squishy weavers running around and even if 1 shot fails they die to other attacks that aren’t on cd.
