[%10 Damage stack?]

Hello Everyone
I'm working on Engi Build and it's almost complete but there's one thing I'm confused by:

Does %10 Damage on these traits (Glass Cannon) and (Excessive Energy) stack? for example if I granted Fury while I already have (Glass Cannon trait) is that mean my damage will increase to %20 or stay at %10?

and sorry if this question been asked before I had a lot of questions but found their answers except this one.
