I woke this AM to the long time login issue I faced to be rectified & resolved. I wanna thank GM Ultra Viper for handling this for me and if I seemed pushy or impatient my deepest apologies, this game is my yoga, place of relaxation, down time from work and the hassles of life, so when its gone, stress is reborn, LOL. Gaile Gray.6029, Pleeeeease HELP! Its been roughly ( 13 Days ) since I posted my ticket & I would LOVE to get some kind of feedback as to what the issue may or may not be? I've submitted all the required info (IN GREAT DETAIL). I checked the status of the ticket June 1, said there was activity from you guys, but I haven't spoken to anyone nor have I received any emails or communication from your staff as of yet, so I dont know why it stated there was activity on the ticket from you when nothing has changed?

Ticket #6919266 (8 Days old) I understand posting this doesn’t push me forward or rush the process, I simply do not want to login to find out my ticket has been closed without anything being done (like I have heard happened with others) so I’m just letting you know that I’m still awaiting help with this issue, thank you & have a great day.

I just wanna get back in game and become an active GW1 player again. I had some pretty badass characters in that game, max leveled, achievements Etc... Looking forward to getting in and rehashing some ole memories, good times and possibly running into old friends!

Hiya Gaile, Your staff was GREAT on the last submitted ticket I sent in & I dont wanna seem like a repeat ticket submitter but some friends of mine decided they wanted to go back for old times sake and play GW1, I tried logging in to no avail...... Ticket #6919266 All the pertinent info is in the ticket, emails, names, pw's etc. That I would have or could have used back then but nothing is working. Any help is great ly appreciated, thank you Gail/Staff.

I also wanna thank "GM Frost Giant - Guild Wars 2 Support Team". They got my issue resolved and im back amongst the GW community once again!! I've tucked, sealed, put away, hidden, written 20 times in several locations throughtout my house all my GW's info so I havent this issue again, LOL!! Thank you FROST GIANT! Issue resolved!!

Hey guys, I'm an old schooler Gw/GW2 player, I been in and around this community for many many years and have followed and been a devoted member of this community longer then any games I've played to date. That said, in time as with most people, I've grown and matured alot over the years thus dropping some games thru the years and focusing on family, work etc. (You know the story of growth), with the whole virus thing putting us all on lockdown and such I decided to pull out Guild Wars 2 and dust it off, reactivating my account and I cant believe it but I have like 4 characters I was working on back in the day. Ranging from lvl 9 to lvl 35, yep still a GW2 Newb, lol. So that said, I guess I coulda just put a short and sweet "Hey guys, looking for a clan thats recruiting, hit me up!" But I aint that guy, so may I ask, are there any older like minded adult clans or active clans/guilds that would enjoy taking an old timer by the hand and reintroducing him to the game and giving some insight to the do's and dont's and so forth? Sorry to tie up your eyes to all the reading material above but I do look forward to the responses and talkin' with y'all. (55 Smite Monk Build) for the win! Oh the memories... Let us make some more uh?
