Are you asking to reskin your gathering tools? If so, they added that not too long ago.

I didnt know that but what i meant was being able to apply them without carrying the item...so its stored in a collection like outfits.

Well it seems they are overwhelmed if its taking that long. It took my ticket 18 days to be answered. Hoping my new ticket wont be as long of a wait but we shall see.

I think it would be great to allow the Perma tools to work like outfits or minis in that they can be consumed, saved, and can be applied to each character. That said I would love to see more hairstyles, especially extra long hair for human females. Nords aren't the only ones with super hair follicles.
